Paul Milo has worked as a reporter in northern New Jersey for more than 20 years, first for North Jersey Media Group / NorthJersey.com, then at Patch.com and at NJ.com / The Star-Ledger. He has written about a 106-year-old World War I veteran, the Sept. 11 attacks and a 15-year-old stock manipulator who was the youngest person ever civilly charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission, among many other stories. He has interviewed governors, presidential candidates and celebrities including Ryan Seacrest and comedian Kevin Hart.

In addition to his work for New Jersey-based outlets, he has also written for BeliefNet, Editor and Publisher, The Huffington Post, The Boston Globe and other publications, as well as freelance assignments for global chemical company BASF.

His first book, Your Flying Car Awaits, was published by HarperCollins in 2010. As part of the book’s promotional efforts he was interviewed by The New York Times and on WNYC radio’s The Brian Lehrer Show

Update: 1 Dead In Fiery Parsippany Crash That Backed Up Route 80 For Hours One man died when his car struck the back of a tractor trailer Wednesday morning on Route 80 in Parsippany, authorities said. New Jersey State Police did not release the man's identity. The collision occurred on the westbound side near Exit 45 around 7:40 a.m., and caused hours of delays for commuters. Blind East Orange Man Dies In House Fire, Others Displaced A 53-year-old man died in a fire at his East Orange home Tuesday, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.  The blaze started around 4 p.m. at the Wayne Avenue residence, claiming the life of David Swiney.
