Kid Clients Flock To Free Back-To-School Haircut Day At Bridgeport Shop BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Dozens of young people flocked to North East Barbershop on Thursday, lining up for the East Main Street shop’s annual free back-to-school haircut day. Shelton Police: Registered Sex Offender Drugged, Sexually Assaulted Girl SHELTON, Conn. — A registered sex offender drugged a 15-year-old girl and had sex with her numerous times over the course of a weekend in May, police said. Police on Thursday arrested Miguel Feliciano, 27, of New Street, Shelton, charging him with second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and risk of injury to a minor involving intimate parts. The arrest stems from a complaint taken in May in which Feliciano was accused of giving the girl narcotics at a friend’s house, police said.
