Police on Thursday arrested Miguel Feliciano, 27, of New Street, Shelton, charging him with second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and risk of injury to a minor involving intimate parts. The arrest stems from a complaint taken in May in which Feliciano was accused of giving the girl narcotics at a friend’s house, police said.
