Police: Bridgeport Man Charged In Murder Lured His Victim With Car Alarm BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Police on Thursday arrested a man they say lured another man out of his home July 2, then fatally shot him from a neighboring yard. The Fugitive Task Force arrested Richard Evans, 37, of Dogwood Drive, and charged him with murder, criminal possession of a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit, police said. He was held on $1 million bond. Evidence shows Evans lured Reginald May, 44, from his Alice Street apartment by setting off a car alarm, police said. The business will donate a portion of sales on its busiest day, Saturday, at all five studios in Connecticut — JoyRide Westport, JoyRide Darien, JoyRide Ridgefield, JoyRide Wilton and JoyX in Westport. JoyRide has two studios in San Antonio, Tx. and they are also raising money and coordinating relief efforts for those in the flood zone. San Antonio missed the hurricane’s wrath by just a few miles.
