Fairfield Police: Bridgeport Woman Charged In Four-Car Crash FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Bridgeport woman was arrested Friday after she caused a four-car crash near the Bridgeport/Fairfield border, police said. Erica Haba, 54, of Midland Street, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and following too close after the 11 a.m. pileup at the intersection of Black Rock Turnpike and Commerce Street, police said. Fairfield Teen Drowning Victim Identified; GoFundMe Started For Family FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Fairfield Police have identified the teen who drowned in Perry’s Mill Pond on Saturday as 17-year-old Nagee Crowder of Fairfield. Crowder was a senior at Fairfield Ludlowe High School. His body was pulled from about 15 feet of water at about 7 p.m. by divers and transported to St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport. Resuscitative efforts continued until 8:10 p.m., when he was pronounced dead, police said. Westport Police: Naugatuck Man Spotted Stealing From A Car At YMCA WESTPORT, Conn. — A Naugatuck man was being held on $10,000 bond Friday on charges of swiping a set of keys at the Westport/Weston YMCA and stealing $60 from a car, police said. Westport Police: Motorcyclist Trying To Flee Officer Crashes, Tries To Run WESTPORT, Conn. — A Westport man faces charges after he fled from a police officer Wednesday, losing control of his motorcycle, police said.
