Westport Police: Woman Used Fake ID In Attempted Diamond Bracelet Buy WESTPORT, Conn. — A Waterbury woman was arrested Thursday after she attempted to buy a $3,950 diamond tennis bracelet with what appeared to be a fake ID and credit card, police said. Jessie Siddell, 39, of Wildwood Street, was charged with criminal attempt at third-degree larceny, police said. On Aug. 25, officers were sent to Lux, Bond and Green on a report a woman was opening a credit line with false identification. The second accident involving a car and a motorcycle occurred around 7:15 p.m. near the intersection of Howe Avenue and Grove Street, police said. The crash occurred around 6:45 a.m. and police blocked Route 110 from Grove Street to Belmont Avenue to investigate. The motorcyclist was taken to Bridgeport Hospital, police said.
