Allen David Horton, 44, of Boston Avenue, was held on $250,000 bond on the fugitive from justice charge, and on an active warrant for a parole violation, police said. Police: Fairfield Man Arrested With Date Rape Drug, Crystal Meth FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Fairfield man was arrested on drug charges after authorities intercepted a package containing a large amount of GHB, a “date rape drug,” sent to him from Hong Kong, police said. An Old Stratfield Road woman reported that someone stole a black-and-white polka dot purse and matching wallet, valued at $250 total, from her unlocked car in her driveway, police said.
