Bridgeport Fugitive From Justice Captured In Fairfield In Check Theft Case FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Bridgeport man was arrested Friday on multiple charges, including being a fugitive from justice stemming from a Pennsylvania parole violation, after he stole checks and a credit card from a Knapps Highway man, Fairfield police said. Allen David Horton, 44, of Boston Avenue, was held on $250,000 bond on the fugitive from justice charge, and on an active warrant for a parole violation, police said.
