Loss prevention staff at the Tunxis Hill Road department store investigated and reviewed videotape of 23-year-old Anthony Palmer, of Shell Street, Bridgeport, before police issued a warrant for his arrest, according to police reports. Police released a photo of the man, who told the girl his name was Hank, and asked the public to help identify him.  The girl was in the parking lot at Jennings Beach around 10:30 p.m. when she tried to take a photo of herself with her cellphone, police said.
