Former Kohl's Employee Arrested in Theft Of Cash, Merchandise FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A former Kohl’s employee was arrested Monday after he stole about $500 from his register and about $87 in merchandise over several months in 2015, police said. Loss prevention staff at the Tunxis Hill Road department store investigated and reviewed videotape of 23-year-old Anthony Palmer, of Shell Street, Bridgeport, before police issued a warrant for his arrest, according to police reports. Police Seek Info On Man Who Touched Girl, 14, At Fairfield Fireworks FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Police are looking for a man who photobombed a 14-year-old girl’s selfie and then inappropriately touched her at the Fourth of July fireworks at Jennings Beach in Fairfield on Saturday. Police released a photo of the man, who told the girl his name was Hank, and asked the public to help identify him. The girl was in the parking lot at Jennings Beach around 10:30 p.m. when she tried to take a photo of herself with her cellphone, police said.
