An officer stopped Maria Perez, 25, of Congress Street, Stamford, around 8:15 p.m. near the northbound Exit 25 ramp of I-95, police said. The report states that the officer could smell marijuana when he came to the driver’s side window and Perez said she had smoked pot about an hour earlier, police said.
