Bridgeport Woman Charged In ID Theft In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Bridgeport woman faces several theft charges after she was accused of stealing a credit car from an unlocked car in Southport, using it at several Bridgeport stores in June, police said Monday. On June 8, Jenny Stevens, 20, of Gregory Street, opened the unlocked car on Pequot Avenue, taking the credit card from a purse left on the seat, police said. Man Charged With Groping 14-Year-Old At Fairfield Fireworks FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Fairfield police have found and arrested a Redding man they say photobombed a 14-year-old girl’s selfie and then inappropriately touched her at the Fourth of July fireworks at Jennings Beach on July 2. Police: Serial Credit Card Thief Nabbed In Westport WESTPORT, Conn. — A New Haven man suspected in several October car break-ins in the Valley Road area was arrested in Norwalk court Aug. 4, police said. Trveor Dixon 29, of Henry Street, was charged with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny while he was appearing in court on unrelated charges, police said. Scooter Rider Critical After Crash With Bike In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Bridgeport man was in critical condition Monday, after the motorized scooter he was riding collided with a cyclist Sunday morning, police said. Westport Man Charged In Drug Overdose From May WESTPORT, Conn. — A 24-year-old Westport man is facing drug charges after he told police he procured the hallucinogenic drug that led to a May overdose of a person on Compo Road South, police said Monday.
