WALDWICK, N.J. – Elena Trifilio, a resident of Waldwick, died Friday, April 22. She was 95.
She was born in Argentina, raised in Italy and moved to Waldwick in 1959.
She worked as an assistant seamstress in Paterson for many years and later worked at General Packaging in Waldwick. She also was a parishioner at St. Luke’s and enjoyed spending time at the Christian Adult Day Care service in Wyckoff.

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- Helen A. Cameron-Wogisch, a resident of Franklin Lakes, died Friday, April 22. She was 92.She was a deacon and longtime parishioner of South Presbyterian Church in Bergenfield.
She is survived by her children, Susan Mulfinger, Pam Garman and her husband Mark, Betsy, Robert, and Michael Cameron; and grandchildren, Michele, Charlene, John, R.J., Trevor, Nautica, Alex, Garrett, Robert, Betsey, Christa, Alyssa, Michael, Cameron, Annie and Casey.

Aliasghar Lashgarian, 86, Of Lodi
LODI, N.J. -- Aliasghar Lashgarian, a resident of Lodi, died Friday, April 22. He was 86.
Born in Tehran, Iran, he came to the United State in 1988, settling in Lodi in 1999. Before retiring, he was an engineer for Nation Oil Co. in Iran.
He is survived by his children, Milad and Maryam; and two grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents Taghi and Nezhatelmolouk; three brothers; and two sisters.

Edward T. Carlson, 69, Of Teaneck
TEANECK, N.J. -- Edward T. Carlson, a resident of Teaneck, died Friday, April 22. He was 69.He was born in Manhattan, N.Y. Before retiring, he was a manager for Verizon Telecommunication. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

LODI, N.J. – Salvatore Fusco, a Lodi native and resident of Toms River and North Fort Myers, Fla., died Monday, April 18. He was 88.
Born and raised in Lodi for 69 years, he was a dual resident of Toms River and North Fort Myers, Fla. for the past 19 years.
He was a butcher, working for 20 years at Inserra ShopRite in Hasbrouck Heights before retiring in 1989. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church in Lodi.

DUMONT, N.J. -- Alfonzo I. Bautista, a resident of Dumont, died Thursday, April 14. He was 62.
He was born May 18, 1953, in Pampanga, Philippines and was employed as a pharmacists assistant at Hackensack Hospital before retiring in 2015.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria Ignacio Bautista; his wife, Winifreda; children, Sheryl, Cathey and Sheena Bautista; grandchild, Nailah Lee Arenas; and siblings, Albert, Saldy, Alma, Angie, Sandra and Alice.

He was born on Dec.1,1929, in the Bronx, to Denise and Ada (Nelson) Farewell.

CARLSTADT, N.J. – Camillo Salerno, a resident of Carlstadt and formerly of Wood-Ridge, died Friday, April 22. He was 79.
He was born Sept.2, 1936, in Calabria, Italy, to Gennaro and Conceta. He came to the United States in 1957, and lived in Brooklyn, before moving to New Jersey, in 1962.
Before his retirement, he was a machinist for Rutherford Machinery and later owned and operated several pizzerias and restaurants throughout northern New Jersey.
