WESTON, Conn. -- Klaus W. Soennichsen, a resident of Weston, died Sunday, May 22. He was 69.Born in Bavaria, Germany in 1947, he immigrated to the U.S. in 1950. He grew up in Weston and graduated from Staples High School in 1965.
After joining the Air Force during the Vietnam War, he later finished his college degree at AIC before eventually settling in Westport in 1979. Since retiring as a high stakes supervisor at Foxwoods Casino, he enjoyed spending any time he could with his family, and having coffee with his friends at Oscar’s in Westport.

RED HOOK, N.Y. -- Joseph Marano, a resident of Red Hook, died Tuesday, May 17. He was 62.Born Dec. 1, 1953, in Beacon, he was the son of the late Ronald and Emma (Pellerin) Marano.
He married Kathy Heiser and she survives at home in Red Hook. A very hard worker and a great provider for his family, he, along with his wife, are the owners and operators of Painting by Joe, a well-known painting contracting firm in the Hudson Valley.

NORTH HALEDON, N.J. -- Robert G. Kincaid, a resident of Haskell, formerly of North Haledon, died Thursday, May 19. He was 74.He was born in Paterson.
He was a truck driver for Triple A Trucking of Pine Brook, and retired from Falcon Excavating of Wayne in 2008. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman in various parts of the country.
