AAA Report Says Most Drivers Regularly Make Bad Choices Behind Wheel The majority of people on the road are taking risks behind the wheel, AAA says. An estimated 87 percent of people have engaged in at least one risky behavior within the past month while driving, AAA's new report indicates. These behaviors include driving while distracted, impaired or drowsy; speeding; running red lights; or not wearing a seat belt, according to the Foundation’s latest Traffic Safety Culture Index study.  Drivers in the study admit to engaging in these behaviors regularly.
