Ridgefield Park Library Offers Free Tax Prep For Seniors RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. -- Senior citizens can get their taxes done for no charge at the Ridge Field Park library.Tax preparers from New Horizon Financial Corp will be at the library in March and April to help Ridgefield Park seniors age 60 and over file their 2015 income taxes. Seniors must call the library at 201-641-0689 in advance to schedule an appointment on a Monday or Tuesday morning. East Rutherford Students Compete In South Hackensack Robotics Competition EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Students from A.S. Faust School in East Rutherford participated in a robot challenge in South Hackensack on Wednesday.The South Bergen Jointure Commission held its VEX IQ Bank Shot Robotics Competition at Memorial School in South Hackensack March 2. East Rutherford had 12 students participate. To prepare, students spent their free time after school designing, building and troubleshooting their robots, and in the end they were able to compete against local schools.  The students are planning to compete again next year.
