Mahwah Girl Scout Troop Visits Township Hall, Mayor MAHWAH, N.J. -- Girl Scouts mingled Wednesday with the Mahwah mayor, township staff and a television news crew as part of a local government tour.Mahwah Girl Scout Troop 5581 stopped by Mayor Bill Laforet's office and then took a tour of all departments. The girls had a chance to meet with many of the staff at the end of the day.  As an added bonus, they were greeted by a News Channel 12 TV crew on the township steps.
