Lyndhurst Charity Donates Play-Doh To Cancer Center In Hackensack
HACKENSACK, N.J. -- A cancer center for children in Hackensack got a delivery of Play-Doh on Tuesday thanks to a state rescue agency. The Tomorrow's Children Cancer Center in Hackensack received approximately 2,300 cans of Play-Doh March 14 thanks to the efforts of the New Jersey Food & Clothing Rescue. New Jersey Food & Clothing Rescue held a month long drive to collect the Play-Doh. Donations came in from all over. Click here for more information about New Jersey Food & Clothing Rescue.

Connolly Brothers Playing St. Patrick's Celebration In Glen Rock
GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- A St. Patrick's Day celebration takes place Saturday at Glen Rock Athletic Club.Tickets are $20 and include first drink, live entertainment, snacks and sandwiches. Glen Rock Mayor Bruce Packer will introduce the Connolly Brothers, an acoustic trio from NJ performing pop, classic and Irish tunes since 1992. The March 19 event runs 8 p.m. until midnight. Allendale Fire Department Works On Air Management Drills
ALLENDALE, N.J. -- Firefighters in Allendale worked on air management exercises during practice drills on Tuesday.Capt. John Rubino conducted a drill for junior or "probie" members to help them become aware of their air consumption while firefighting. The crew took part in a variety of exercises all designed to improve air management skills. The Allendale Fire Department is staffed by professionally trained volunteers, every day of the year, 24 hours a day. Click here for more information.

Heroin Found On Man Passed Out Behind Wheel In Orangetown
ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- A man found passed out behind the wheel of his car in Orangetown on Saturday was arrested for drug possession and other charges, Orangetown Police said. Police responded to the intersection of Orangeburg Road and Western Highway at 3 p.m. March 12 and discovered Matthew R. Tracey, 30, of Tappan, unconscious behind the wheel. He failed field sobriety tests and was found in possession of one dec of heroin, a hypodermic needle and a generic Ambien without a prescription, according to police. RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. -- A free rabies clinic for dogs and cats is offered by the Ridgefield Park Health Department on Thursday, April 21 at the DPW building.All dogs and cats vaccinated in 2013 must be inoculated this year.
