Demarest Nature Center Gets Early Jump On 35th Annual Oktoberfest
DEMAREST, N.J. -- A craft show takes place at the 35th Annual Octoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 8 at the Duck Pond in Demarest. The event features a quality craft show with up to 75 artisans bringing handmade goods. There will be German music, German food, water and soft drinks, Korean delicacies, inflatable games and more. SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- The Bergen County Clerk made things easier for Saddle Brook senior citizens on Tuesday.Bergen County Clerk John Hogan visited the Senior Center in Saddle Brook. He and his staff discussed the services of his office and provided Golden Key Senior Discount Cards. The Golden Key Senior Discount Cards is available to residents 60 or older and offers discounts at a variety of shops and businesses. FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- The first annual car show is being presented by Memorial Middle School PTO in Fair Lawn on Sunday, May 22. There will be family fun, food, music, vendors, awards, a People's Choice Award and a chance to see the new Tesla cars.
