RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Rutherford Public Library welcomes Rodney, a registered therapy dog, for its read-to-a-dog program, on Tuesday.Children who are able to read a little bit and would like to be able to practice their reading skills are invited to sign up for a 15 minute time slot with Rodney.
