Englewood Library Book Sale Featuring 8,000 From Longtime Collector
ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- A book sale is being held April 29-May1 at the Englewood Library.The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Englewood Library. One of the largest, most comprehensive book sales in northern New Jersey, the Englewood Library Book Sale is also known for its well organized shelves, friendly staff, and over 50,000 books sorted into categories. There also will be CDs, DVDs, signed books and collectibles. RINGWOOD, N.J. -- Borough Hall in Ringwood is undergoing necessary repairs and renovations, reports northjersey.com. Jewish Historical Society Honoring Paterson Native At Wyckoff Gala
WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Joy Kurland will be honored by the Jewish Historical Society of North Jersey at their annual gala on May 17 at Temple Beth Rishon in Wyckoff. Kurland retired as Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey (1990-2015), only to be recruited back into community service in March.
