Man Stopped For Speeding On I-87 Charged With DWI, Cocaine Possession TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- New York State Police pulled over a speeding car on Wednesday night in Tarrytown and charged a Yonkers man with driving while intoxicated and possession of cocaine, police said. Juan M. Sierra, 42, was was transported and processed at State Police Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.14 percent. Sierra has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years, police said. Kolesar accepted the check for new equipment from Marylee Hanley from Spectra, along with Fire Commissioner John Jackson and 1st Assistant Chief Scott Gilbert.
