Pleasantville High School Student James Bathon Planning Blood Drive PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- A student from Pleasantville High School is hosting a blood drive with the New York Blood Center at Holy Innocents Church on Friday. PHS student James Bathon will host the drive from 2-8 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome. Donors must be at least 17 years old and weigh 110 pounds. Rabid Raccoon In Easton Bites Dog, Prompts Call For Licensing EASTON, N.J. -- A rabid raccoon in Easton has prompted the animal control officer to issue a serious warning about dog licensing, reports the Easton Courier.The racoon bit a dog, and if the canine had not been vaccinated, which is required by licensing, it would have been euthanised, reports the Easton Courier.
