Paterson Non-Profit Honors Giants Receiver, City Native
PATERSON, N.J. -- Super Bowl star Victor Cruz and his nonprofit foundation were honored on Sunday by the Hamilton Partnership for Paterson. Cruz, a Paterson native, is head of the Victor Cruz Foundation, which is devoted to educational endeavors. He was recognized for his dedication to improving science education for Paterson students. BOGOTA, N.J. -- A ballooned archway and rain barrels painted by high school students signaled the grand opening on Saturday, June 11 of the Bogota Community Garden.The garden is a place where Bogota residents can grow their own fruits and vegetables. It was initiated by Bogota Beautiful and is provided by the Borough of Bogota and the Environmental Commission with the Community Garden Committee.
