Westport Police: Woman Stole Landscaping Check From Mailbox WESTPORT, Conn. — A West Haven woman was arrested recently after police said she forged a check and stole nearly $2,000 from a town man. Tiffany Falcone, 44, of Ocean Avenue, was charged with third-degree forgery and fourth-degree larceny, police said. She was held on $10,000 bond. The arrest stems from a June 2016 incident in which the Westport man received an overdue payment notice from his landscaper, police said. Westport Cops: Woman Swipes Energy Drinks From Stop & Shop WESTPORT, Conn. — A Norwalk woman was arrested in Westport for trying to steal cases of Red Bull and Monster drinks from Stop & Shop, police said. Christina Foley, 32, of Benedict Street, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court on June 12, police said. On June 2 at around 6 p.m., a loss prevention officer for the Post Road East store stopped Foley, who walked out the front door without paying for $437.09 worth of the drinks hidden under bags in a shopping cart, police said.
