Latin All Stars Band Together In Fairfield To Aid PR Hurricane Survivors FAIRFIELD, Conn. — The Band Together Latin All Stars will take the stage at Fairfield Theatre Company on Oct. 24 for a benefit for children and families rocked by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. Stratford Couple Charged After Child, 2, Found Wandering The Streets STRATFORD, Conn. — Two Stratford parents were arrested Oct. 6, after a jogger found their two-year-old child wandering the streets at 6:30 a.m., police said. Thomas Yemm, 62, and Wendy Canfield, 51, were each charged with risk of injury to a minor, police said. The child was taken in by a neighbor until police arrived. According to neighbors interviewed by officers, this is not the first time the child has wandered off, police said. The child was placed in the care of the Department of Children and Families. Fairfield Police: Bridgeport Man Struck Stone Wall, Drove Away FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Bridgeport man was arrested Monday after he smashed his pickup truck into a stone wall near the Westport border and drove away, police said. A motorist reported the white 2001 Chevy Silverado weaving over the double yellow line near the intersection of Cross and Sturges highways and then hitting the stone wall around 4:30 p.m., police said. Fairfield Cops: Man Stalked, Set Up 'Porn Profile' of Ex-Girlfriend FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Fairfield man faces stalking and harassment charges after he posted nude photos of his ex-girlfriend on the internet, police said. The 23-year-old Fairfield victim told police in March that Gabrielle Quinones, 34, of Ardmore Street, had been texting her and driving by her house and sent her a link to a porn profile he had set up using nude photos of her, police said.
