Fairfield Cops: Intoxicated Woman Creates Scene At Cumby's, Neighbor's Home FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Officers arrested an “extremely intoxicated” woman Friday, after she created a disturbance at a local convenience store and yelled and banged on a neighbor’s door, police said. The manager at Cumberland Farms on Kings Highway East called police around 5:30 p.m. to report a woman in the store was swearing and starting arguments with his customers, police said. Westport Police Chief Spies Teen Girls Carrying Beer Cases To Car WESTPORT, Conn. — Two teens were arrested Thursday afternoon when the Westport police chief saw the girls carrying cases of beer outside a Post Road East liquor store, police said. Chief Foti Koskinas was driving by the International Wine Shop when he saw the girls, who were each holding a case of beer, near a car that had two more cases of beer in its open trunk, police said.
