The rally for justice is set to begin at 9 a.m. and participants are asked to wear orange and bring signs, posters, sidewalk chalk and photos of 33-year-old Max Antoine. Shelton Man Arrested In June Apartment Burglary SHELTON, Conn. — A Shelton man was arrested Thursday in connection with a June burglary in town. Michael Noonan, 20, was charged with fifth-degree burglary and third-degree larceny. The arrest stems from a burglary complaint filed in June. A Shelton man said he arrived home to find someone had broking into his apartment and stolen cash and property, police said. While investigating another case, Shelton detectives determined Noonan and another Shelton man were responsible for the apartment burglary, police said. CT Supreme Court Will Hear Sandy Hook Families' Appeal In November NEWTOWN, Conn. — The Connecticut Supreme Court on Thursday announced Nov. 14 as the first court date in the appeal filed by the families of nine Sandy Hook School victims and one survivor in their case against the sellers of the AR-15 used in the 2012 Newtown shooting.  In 2016, the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case just two weeks after the families filed their appeal, allowing the lawsuit to bypass the Appellate Court and proceed directly to the state’s highest court.  The hearing comes exactly one month before the five-year anniversary of the massacre.
