ICE Arrests Fugitive Wanted For Raping Minor In Guttenberg, Officials Say A Peruvian man wanted for raping a minor was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 11 in Hudson County, authorities said. The man, whose name is being withheld due to privacy issues, was arrested in Guttenberg by  U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the agency said.   The man, who was in the United States illegally, was served a notice to appear before an immigration judge and his court date is pending with the Executive Office for Immigration Review, ICE said. He remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings, the agency said.

At 6:39 P.M., police responded to Clive Hills Road following a 911 call from Gregory Ginzburg, 72, reporting that Igor Kirilenko was inside his residence with a firearm, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief Thomas Bryan of the Edison Police Department said. Cops ID 29-Year-Old Vineland Man As Victim In Fatal Deerfield Crash: Njsp A 29-year-old Vineland man was killed in a crash in Deerfield Township on the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 12, authorities said. At 8:27 p.m., a BMW sedan driven by Trevon Johnson was traveling westbound on County Road 645 when it veered off the roadway to the left and struck a tree, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for New Jersey State Police said.  As a result of the crash, Johnson sustained fatal injuries, Lebron said.
