Carlos Erazo-Caballero owns Stephanie's Barbecue IV at North 6th Street, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens and Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said. Erazo-Caballero drugged and sexually assaulted an adult woman at the restaurant last October, authorities said.
