Monroe Volunteer Fire Department Sets Up For Annual Carnival MONROE, Conn. -- The Monroe Volunteer Fire Department will hold a carnival from Wednesday, July 6, to Saturday, July 9. The annual fundraiser will feature carnival rides, games, food and snacks at Firemen's Field at 706 Monroe Turnpike. The carnival will run from 6 to 11 p.m. each night.
