POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Katherine L. Green, a lifelong resident of Poughkeepsie, died Friday, March 25. She was 67.She was born Dec. 28, 1948, to the late Charles W. Green Sr. and the late Gladys B. Green.
She received her education in the City of Poughkeepsie School District. She was employed as a personal care aid at Westchester Regional Hospital, formerly St. Francis Hospital, in Poughkeepsie for 12 years, and then as a home health aid for Anytime Home Care until she retired in 2012.

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Rev. Ballard Dorsee, a resident of Norwalk, died Monday, March 28. He was 86.
He was the son of Edmund and Alice Dorsee.
He was an Episcopal priest and served as rector of St. James in Hartford, Grace Church in Norwalk and, most recently, Church of the Good Shepherd in Shelton.
He is survived by his wife Roberta; children Thomas, Mollie, Jennie and Aimee; siblings Jack and Jill; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Edward Evers,91, Of Moonachie
MOONACHIE, N.J. -- Edward Evers, a resident of Moonachie, died Sunday, March 27. He was 91.
He was born Oct.11, 1924, in Clifton to Joseph and Clarissa Evers.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was an alarm technician for many years before retiring in 1990. In 1997, he began working as the property maintenance officer for the Borough of Moonachie, retiring in October 2015. He had been a past commander of the VFW Moonachie Memorial Post 8424 for over 10 years and past president of the Moonachie Seniors Association for over 15 years.
