Fred Andrew Wagner, 75, Of Teaneck
TEANECK, N.J. -- Fred Andrew Wagner, a resident of Teaneck, died Sunday Feb. 7. He was 75.Before retiring, Wagner worked for Con Edison. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1959-63. He was a member of American Legion Post 117, Bogota.
He is survived by his children, Andrew E. (Carleen) and Gregory W. (Marilyn); wife CarolAnn; grandchildren Shawn, Caitlin, Jaclyn, Henry and Jack; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sister Elise M. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Bogota. An interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery…

ROWAYTON, Conn. -- John E. "Jack" Pinkey, a former resident of Rowayton, died Thursday, Jan. 26. He was 90.
He was a longtime resident of Woodbury, Conn. and summer resident of Melvin Village, NH before retiring to Tuftonboro in 1994. His family homestead in Rowayton is now home to the Pinkney Park and Rowayton Historical Society

Leo Joseph Vilord, 98, Of Suffern
SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Leo Joseph Vilord, a resident of Suffern, died Thursday, Feb. 4. He was 98.Vilord owned the Eureka House restaurant in Suffern for over 40 years, and upon retirement, he passed the business on to his sons. During World War II he served in the U.S. Army in Europe as part of the 3256 Signal Service.
He is survived by his stepdaughter, Patricia Tirpak MacDonald (Donald); his sons, Randy Vilord (Mimi) and Paul Vilord (Laurie); his sisters, Louise Byrne and Eleanor Matthews; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Louis Worby, 96, Of Pomona
POMONA, N.Y. -- Louis Worby of Pomona, a World War II veteran, small-business owner and defender of civil rights, died Monday, Feb.1, at age 96, according to a report in lohud.com.Worby fought in the Pacific theater with the 111th Infantry during the Second World War, reaching the rank of first lieutenant and receiving the Bronze Star, reports lohud.com.
He was also the co-owner of Hold-All Manufacturing Co., which produced small hardware and household items. The business was started in Spring Valley in 1964 and later relocated to Suffern, according to lohud.com.
