Liberata Posca, 99, Of Bridgeport
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Liberata Posca, a longtime resident of Bridgeport, died Saturday, Feb.20. She was 99.
Posca worked at the Savoy Laundry, the Panteri Clothing Factory and for the City of Bridgeport, where she retired from East Side Middle School.

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Sister Cecile Burton, a resident of Ossining, died Wednesday, Feb.17. She was 91.She was born Frances Eloise Burton in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 23, 1924, to Frank E, and Cecile R. Burton.
Burton graduated from Little Flower Catholic High School in Pennsylvania in 1942 and Immaculata College, Immaculata, Pa., in 1945 with a bachelor's degree in French and a teacher’s certificate. NORWALK, Conn. -- Katherine R. Young, a resident of Norwalk, died Saturday, Feb.20. She was 89.Young worked for many years as a key punch operator. A devout Catholic, she was active at St. Jerome as a greeter and volunteered wherever needed. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the Norwalk Senior Center.

Dominick Chiappetta, 92, Of Stamford
STAMFORD, Conn. -- Dominick Chiappetta, a resident of Stamford, died Saturday, Feb.20. He was 92.He was born in Cos Cob, Conn., to Angelina (Perito) and Frank Chiappetta.
He was a World War II Army veteran, serving with the 115th Field Artillery Regiment, including in the Battle of the Bulge. He started West High Service Station in 1957 where he actively worked until his passing.

Palma Burbage, 88, Of Ossining
OSSINING, N.Y. -- Palma Burbage, a resident of Ossining, died Tuesday, Feb.2. She was 88.She was born in Ossining on Jan. 22, 1927, to Daniel and Susan (Scena) Mattio.
She was a parishioner of St. Ann’s and a member of the St. Ann’s Sodality. She was also a member of the Golden Agers Group No. 1.
She is survived by a sister, Florence Bella.
She was predeceased by siblings Elain Paulson and Donna Daley.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church.
