Fred DeLuca, 93, Of Somers SOMERS, N.Y. -- Fred DeLuca, a resident of Somers, died Friday, Feb.19. He was 93.DeLuca was an investigator with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management for more than 30 years before retiring. He served in the U.S Army Air Forces during World War II.
