Paul Milo has worked as a reporter in northern New Jersey for more than 20 years, first for North Jersey Media Group / NorthJersey.com, then at Patch.com and at NJ.com / The Star-Ledger. He has written about a 106-year-old World War I veteran, the Sept. 11 attacks and a 15-year-old stock manipulator who was the youngest person ever civilly charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission, among many other stories. He has interviewed governors, presidential candidates and celebrities including Ryan Seacrest and comedian Kevin Hart.

In addition to his work for New Jersey-based outlets, he has also written for BeliefNet, Editor and Publisher, The Huffington Post, The Boston Globe and other publications, as well as freelance assignments for global chemical company BASF.

His first book, Your Flying Car Awaits, was published by HarperCollins in 2010. As part of the book’s promotional efforts he was interviewed by The New York Times and on WNYC radio’s The Brian Lehrer Show

Man Charged In Newark Gas Station Robbery A Newark man faces charges of robbery and weapons possession for holding up a gas station attendant at gunpoint May 10, police said.  Robert P. Inzer, 46, robbed the attendant at the Shell station at 268 Heller Parkway and ran from the scene towards Franklin Avenue, according to police.  He was charged yesterday at the Essex County Correctional Facility.

Dogs Abandoned Without Food Or Water Inside Foreclosed Newark Home: AHS A pair of shih tzus were found caked in their own waste inside a locked crate that had been left in a Newark house, the Associated Humane Societies of Newark said.  The dogs, dubbed "Fred" and "Wilma," were found by a man hired to clean out the foreclosed house.
