Paul Milo has worked as a reporter in northern New Jersey for more than 20 years, first for North Jersey Media Group / NorthJersey.com, then at Patch.com and at NJ.com / The Star-Ledger. He has written about a 106-year-old World War I veteran, the Sept. 11 attacks and a 15-year-old stock manipulator who was the youngest person ever civilly charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission, among many other stories. He has interviewed governors, presidential candidates and celebrities including Ryan Seacrest and comedian Kevin Hart.

In addition to his work for New Jersey-based outlets, he has also written for BeliefNet, Editor and Publisher, The Huffington Post, The Boston Globe and other publications, as well as freelance assignments for global chemical company BASF.

His first book, Your Flying Car Awaits, was published by HarperCollins in 2010. As part of the book’s promotional efforts he was interviewed by The New York Times and on WNYC radio’s The Brian Lehrer Show

Ambulance Involved In Multi-Vehicle Crash On Parkway In Clark At least four vehicles, including an ambulance, were involved in a crash on the northbound Garden State Parkway in Clark late Wednesday morning, State Police said.  The accident occurred around mile marker 136.8 around 11:30 a.m. A number of people were hurt but none of the injuries were life-threatening, police said.  Two northbound lanes were closed down for the accident investigation.  Check back for updates.

Drunk Driver Who Killed Orange Man Sentenced To 18 Years A Newark man was sentenced Monday to nearly two decades in prison for killing a pedestrian while driving under the influence of alcohol, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.  Garrett Carter, 52, had previously been convicted of vehicular homicide in the death of 39-year-old Steven Dawkins of Orange.  Carter hit Dawkins as he was crossing at the 200 block of West Market Street around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017.
