Fairfield Cops: Phony District Attorney Arrested In School Bus 'Road Rage' FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Southport man who falsely identified himself as the “district attorney of the Town of Fairfield,” was arrested Monday, after he cut off a bus full of schoolchildren to argue with the driver, police said. Jeffrey Haley, 55, turned himself in to police Monday morning in connection with the March 13 “road rage” incident, which was captured on the bus’s surveillance video, police said. Police: Fairfield Teen Charged With DUI in Westport WESTPORT, Conn. — A Fairfield teen was arrested for driving under the influence Saturday night, after an officer spotted him driving erratically on Post Road East, police said. Hunter Lutz, 18, of Surrey Lane, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police said. Fairfield Police Investigate Snapchat Post About Potential School Violence FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Snapchat message that was seen as a potential school threat had been posted as a "private joke" between two juveniles early Monday morning, Fairfield police said.
