Westport Cops: Three Brooklyn Men Arrested In Bad-Check Cashing Scheme WESTPORT, Conn. — Three Brooklyn residents were arrested Monday for trying to draw cash from one bank from a fraudulent check they deposited in another earlier in the day, police said. Officers got a report that a man, later identified as Divine Little, 20, of Osbourne Street, deposited a fraudulent check at the Citibank on Post Road East and was attempting to withdraw the funds at the Post Road West branch, police said.
