The regatta is a part of the Schuylkill Navy Series that attracts more than 1,200 athletes from over 54 clubs held on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. Fairfield Police Investigating Theft Of Town Limo Service's Lincoln FAIRFIELD, Conn. — The owner of a local limousine service on Saturday reported one of his cars stolen, police said. The victim believes the 2014 Lincoln MKS, valued at $14,000, was taken sometime after 11 p.m. July 28 outside Colonial Express Limousine Service on Lockwood Road. The victim said all of the service’s cars have key codes known only to his employees and family members, police said. He said one employee, who was recently fired for taking a car without permission and crashing it, also had the codes, police said. The theft is under investigation.
