Bridgeport Man Found With BB Guns, Alcohol In Car In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A 20-year-old Bridgeport man stopped for a routine traffic incident in Fairfield was found with two BB guns and alcohol in his car Saturday, police said. Offices stopped Giovanni Javier, of Maplewood Avenue, at about 9:30 p.m. because he had no front registration plate on his 1990 Honda, police said. Stratford Woman Charged With Threatening To Kill Ex-Boyfriend, Dog, Others FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Stratford woman was arrested Saturday after she repeatedly called her ex-boyfriend and threatened to blow up his house and kill him, his dogs, his father and his father’s neighbor, police said. Elizabeth Schenberger, 55, of William Street, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace at about 8:30 p.m. She was held on $2,500 bond and was expected in court Monday. Onlookers Help Flip Car After Rollover Accident in Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Fairfield police are investigating a Nov. 20 accident on Brooklawn Avenue that sent one town man to the hospital after his car skidded 220 feet and rolled on its side, only to be righted by Bridgeport and Fairfield police and firefighters as well as onlookers.
