The first incident happened around 6:20 p.m., when a truck crashed with two motorcycles near South Main Street and Platts Mill Road, Waterbury police said. The unidentified victim was riding the watercraft around 10 p.m. in Stratford when it crashed near the Sikorsky Aircraft facility, according to state officials.
