Sewell Man Fatally Struck By Vehicle On Route 76: Njsp A 60-year-old Sewell resident was fatally struck by a vehicle while on Route 76 in Gloucester City on the early morning of Tuesday, April 1. At 2:19 a.m., a Mitsubishi Eclipse was traveling south on Route 130 and entering the Route 76 ramp when Douglas Cella entered its path and was hit by the vehicle, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Cella sustained fatal injuries, Lebron said.  The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
