TEANECK, N.J. -- Elizabeth M. Lombardo Pagano, a resident of Teaneck, died Monday, March 21. She was 73.Prior to retiring, she was a secretary for Halo Carbon Chemical Company in Hackensack.
She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Pagano; children, Randy, Shelby and Robert; grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicholas, Michael, Christopher and Elizabeth; sisters, Joellen Barcelona and Marie Dec; and two nieces and one nephew.

MAHWAH, N.J. -- Vincent A. Ruggiero Sr., a resident of Mahwah and formerly of Fort Lee, died Thursday, March 24. He was 83.He was chief of quality control at Foreign Service Motion Picture Division of USIA before retiring.
He is survived by his daughter, Maria Ruggiero; along with many other relatives.

For nearly 30 years she worked with the Department of State of New York State.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Lee O. Mastin, a longtime resident of Poughkeepsie, died Wednesday, March 16. She was 94.
She was born on Dec.8, 1921, in Charleston, S.C., to Garfield J. Givens and Frances Bowles.
She worked as a short order cook for McDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla. After moving to New York, she was employed by Smith Brothers Cough Drop Company, and Vassar College, which she retired from in May 1987.
She was a lifelong member of Smith Metropolitan AME Zion. She was an active member of the Social Action Committee, a past class leader and a member of the Missionary Society.
