HYDE PARK, N.J. -- Linda Sue Hunt, a resident of Hyde Park, died Wednesday, Feb.10. She was 62.Hunt was a graduate of Arlington High School and spent her career as a nurse and operating room technician.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Hervey E. Blumers, a resident of Ridgewood, died Sunday, Feb. 7. He was 75.Blumers, after graduation of Franklin & Marshall College in 1962, he served in the 78th Division of the Army Reserves. He worked in various roles in the computer field including jobs at ITT’s Marlow Pumps and ITT’s Defense Communications Division, where he served as information center manager. His last job was with DeWitt & Associates ,where he helped the blind and visually impaired with assistive computer technologies.

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- Patois DeSandies, a resident of Englewood, died Sunday, Feb.7. She was 65.She graduated from Boston University with a BFA in interior design. She is also the creator of the firm Patois & Co., which specializes in hand-painted functional art housewares like aprons, tea towels, placemats, etc. She created the designs and did the hand painting, and sold to stores like Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue and caught the attention of the "Today" show.

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- Francisco "Paco" Chaves, a resident of Lyndhurst, died Wednesday, Feb.10. He was 69.
He was a Longshoreman and a member of ILA Local 1235.
Survivors include his wife, Marie; a sister, Luisa Pineiro; a brother, Benito and his wife Milagros; a sister, Carmen and her husband Luis Torres; a sister, Emilia Fernandez; his mother-in-law, Maria Elisa Farina; a brother-in-law, Vicente and his wife Leonor Farina.
The funeral Mass was scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Lyndhurst.

Juan Pardo, 84, Of Nutley
NUTLEY, N.J. -- Juan Pardo, a resident of Nutley, died Wednesday, Feb.10. He was 84.
For many years, Pardo owned and operated various night clubs and taverns. The Lajas Night Club on 43rd St. in Passaic, was the last he owned and operated for more than 18 years.
Pardo is survived by his wife, Donna Pardo; his children, Maria Pardo, Johnny Suarez, Carlos Gonzalez, Migdalia Pardo, Nancy Pardo, Jose Pardo, Enrico Pardo, Juanita Pardo and Jennifer Pardo; and 10 brothers and sisters.
Visiting hours are from 7-9 p.m. Monday at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington.

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- Orazio Orsino, a resident of Elmwood Park, died Thursday, Feb.11. He was 52.He was a cook for Piccola Roma Restaurant in Paterson for more than 30 years.
