Lodi's Food Truck Fest Needs Food Vendors LODI, N.J.– Vendors have until Aug. 15 to join the first Food Truck Festival in Lodi, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17.Food trucks will line the Borough Hall parking lot for a food fest from 3-8 p.m. Vendors can begin setting up 11:30 a.m. Confirmed participants so far include, Oink & Moo BBQ  Empanada Mania  CheezeN Pizza Vita  Pure Pita  Empanada Guy  Maddalenas Cheesecakes  Vendors can download an application online. The application packet contains logistical details and guidelines.
