Glen Rock Officials: Keep Dogs On Leashes GLEN ROCK, N.J.– People who have dogs are reminded of rules in Glen Rock. All dogs must be leashed and licensed in public areas, Glen Rock officials said. Dog owners also must scoop their dog's solid waste. Dogs running off their leash in parks and fields in the early morning and late night hours is the most frequent complaint, according to borough officials. Dog owners in violation of Code 74-8 can be fined up to $1,000, imprisoned for up to 90 days or serve community service up to 90 days. More information can be found on the borough website.
