Probation 'Home Check' Ends With Putnam Woman Nabbed With Cocaine PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- A woman on probation was charged with cocaine possession during a "home check" visit at her Putnam Valley residence, said Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith. Deputy Sheriff Frank Gallipani was assisting the Putnam County Probation Department with a home check on Oscawana Lake Road and found probationer and resident Wanda C. Waldwick Eagle Scout Car Wash Project Will Create Library Butterfly Garden WALDWICK, N.J. -- A butterfly garden at the Waldwick Library is planned and the Boy Scouts need the community's support. Boy Scout Griffin Waller of Troop 308 is in charge of a car wash from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11 in the parking lot of the American Legion Post 57.  This fundraiser is the Eagle Scout project for Waller, and all funds directly go toward the installation of a butterfly garden in front of the library.
