SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- A new fire truck and equipment for Saddle Brook firefighters could be on the horizon if a bond ordinance recently introduced is passed on final reading by the mayor and council Oct. 6. Bonding in the amount of $947,620 was approved on first reading of Ordinance 1613-16, with includes a down payment of $47,390 for a total cost of $995,200. NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- North Arlington's Mayor and Council on Thursday, Sept. 15 joined the developers of the new Ridge Road condominium complex to break ground on the project.
