Wood-Ridge BOE Approves Closing School For Three Unused Emergency Days
WOOD-RIDGE, N.J. -- Unused emergency school days will be utilized in Wood-Ridge for three days off in April and May. Lodi's Immaculate Conception High School Has Open House
LODI, N.J. -- An open house for a Lodi Catholic high school is set for Wednesday, April 27.Immaculate Conception High School is holding its Spring Open House at 7 p.m. Guests will get the opportunity to speak to faculty, staff and students about the curriculum. Wyckoff YMCA Holds Trip To Whitney Museum Of American Art
WYCKOFF, N.J. -- A trip to a Manhattan art museum is being organized by the Wyckoff YMCA on Wednesday, April 6.Members and nonmembers are welcome to join the trip to the Whitney Museum of American Art. The bus departs at 8:45 a.m. and returns at 5 p.m. Cost is $60 (full members), $65 (basic members), $70 (non-members). RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- A free rabies clinic takes place in Rutherford on Saturday, April 2.The Rutherford Health Department will conduct the annual free clinic for Rutherford cats and dogs from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Mortimer Avenue Firehouse. Registration forms can be picked up in advance of the clinic at the Health Department, 184 Park Ave., from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays, after hours at the Rutherford Police Department. Thousands Of Daffodils Will Bloom At Kerry's Garden In Waldwick
WALDWICK, N.J. -- A daffodil garden was planted in Waldwick and will begin to bloom in a few weeks. Kerry's Garden is located in Waldwick's Borough Park. The garden is at the top of the bike path. Visitors can park in the first lot when entering from Pennington Avenue and the garden is on the left, with the Gazebo on the right. There are approximately 1,300 bulbs in the garden.
