Man Fatally Shot In West Orange: Prosecutors A man was fatally shot in West Orange on the afternoon of Sunday, Feb. 4, authorities said. At 12:22 p.m., West Orange police responded to a report of a shooting on the 100 block of Lakeside Avenue in West Orange and found the unidentified victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Two Injured After Dump Truck Collides With Car In Warren County: Njsp Two people were injured after a car collided with a dump truck on Route 46 and County Road 519 in Warren County on Thursday, Feb. 1, authorities said. At 3:48 p.m., state troopers responded to the scene in White Township and found a Dodge Journey had crashed into a Freightliner dump truck, Detective Jeffrey LeBron said.  The driver and passenger of the Dodge sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital, LeBron said. The crash remains under investigation, LeBron said.

Car Crash Knocks Down Power Lines: Chatham PD A car crash caused a power outage in Chatham on Friday, Feb. 2,authorities said. Main Street was closed between Fairmount Avenue and Lafayette Avenue after wires went down following the crash, the Chatham Borough  Police Department said on Facebook.  Power remains out but is expected to be restored within the hour, police said.
