Police: Norwalk Woman Tried To Swipe $1,200 In Drugs From Fairfield Store FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Norwalk woman was arrested Saturday after she left a Fairfield Stop & Shop without paying for more than $1,200 in over-the-counter medications, police said. Christina Foley, 32, of Benedict Street, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court on June 27, police said. Officers were called to the Stop & Shop on Kings Highway Cutoff around 6:30 p.m. and arrested Foley, who had filled a cart with $1,220.40 worth of Nexium, Flonase, Prilosec, Nasacort and other drugs, police said. Fairfield Cops: Bridgeport Teen Found With Machine Gun Parts And Ammo FAIRFIELD, Conn. — An 18-year-old was arrested Sunday night after he was found with rifle ammunition, a high-capacity magazine and other firearm parts, Fairfield police said. Officers were called to Brooklawn Avenue near Spooner Avenue on a report of two suspicious males looking into parked cars just before 8 p.m., police said. Officers found the pair, one of whom was carrying the firearm parts in a backpack, police said. Naim Asad Muhammad, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged with possession of high-capacity magazines, police said. He was held on $1,000 bond and arraigned Monday.
