Through Wednesday morning, replicas of the Nina and Pinta, two of Christopher Columbus’ ships, will be docked at the marina. The Nina was built completely by hand without the use of power tools. Archaeology magazine called the ship “the most historically correct Columbus replica ever built.” In 2005, the Pinta, also a caravel, was launched in Brazil. Shortly before 5 p.m. June 23, the man began filling out the form to wire money at the customer service desk at Stop & Shop on Kings Highway Cutoff. He said a woman behind him asked him to move down the counter. When he moved back, the Bank of America envelope was gone, police said.

The woman called police around 1 p.m. to report she found the unfamiliar black Samsung cell phone in her car, which had been parked unlocked outside her home. Her E-ZPass was nowhere to be found. Police are investigating the phone for clues to its ownership.
